This condo is a very attractive and comfortable condo located on the first floor of the tennis villas. The view from the living room is an attractive pond and grassy area located at the front of the property by the tennis courts. It has a large patio off of the master bedroom and the living room. There is also a large television in the living room area. It is also close to the indoor heated pool and fitness facility, racquetball court and dry sauna. The bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed, with each having a separate bathroom. There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a breakfast nook separate from the cooking area. It is just a few steps to the walkway that will take you to the private walkway down to the beach. Although not located on the beach front, it is just a short walk away, beautiful and perfect for your vacation.
