Living room is nicely furnished with a TV and stereo system and a dinning room table that seats 6. The kitchen has all new counter tips, cabinets and sink with a garbage disposal. All appliances are new and under warranty. The laundry room has a stack washer and dryer (new) with plenty of shelf room. The back bedroom has twin beds, TV and its own bath which has been completely remodeled. The small room has two book case beds which are great for children. The unit has a new AC/heat unit as well as new water heater. The master bath has been completely remodeled with a large tub. The main living area is all in Mexican tile with the bed rooms being carpet.
