About
This oceanfront condo is new to our rental program and is quite a beauty! Step off your patio and walk right to the beach or pool from this first floor oceanfront condo. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy an early morning sunrise or a movie night. The beautiful, bright kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee pot and a stackable washer and dryer. There is a brand new king bed in the primary bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The primary bedroom hosts private access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed and two twins in the bunk bed style. The smaller third bedroom also known as the "Crow's Nest" has one twin bunk bed and an additionally twin.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool two tennis courts, basketball hoops, and children's playground.
The beautiful soft white sandy beaches are just a 2 minute walk from buildings 1 & 2 and a 3 minute walk from building 3.
Nestled on the sun kissed Atlantic Coast and within the vicinity of the historic St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, the condo provides ample opportunity for entertainment and relaxation. Nearby attractions include but are not limited too; Anastasia State Park, the Alligator Farm and Flagler College.
Enjoy St Augustine’s family fun, kid friendly entertainment attractions such as the Alligator Farm, Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, Pirate and Treasure Museum and the Potter’s Wax Museum all within a short drive to downtown.

So overall I was pretty dissatisfied with this particular condo. We arrive there is still sand everywhere on the floor. The bathroom sinks leak while running and towel hangers are missing. The front door almost fell off of the hinges first day. We tightened, but had to have the maintenance crew come repair. The maintenance crew was fast to respond. We didn’t want to mention all of the concerns, as we are on vacation and didn’t want the maintenance crew to be there every day. I would recommend a bug service. As we are watching tv, there was brown widows hanging out under the lamp holder in the living room, and a roach ran across the floor. If you have a big family I would recommend bringing a few large pans, since your cooking utensils are kind of limited. We grew up at colony reef club. My family came the same week every year growing up. The atmosphere is still the same, location is good. I would not recommend this particular condo. I think it could meet the requirements of a silver. The person who took the photos edits very well, of they are outdated. We had family staying at another gold condo and it was very well organized and updated.

As for Unit 2102: Convenient access to the pool and Beach on 1st floor. The inside was comfortable and updated with plenty of room for our family. Had an issue with A/C but was fixed same day. The Outside of unit needs updating. Nothing good to say about patio...Outdated grill/rusted; patio furniture old / dingy; no table to enjoy outside dining and screen patio door didn't slide; Sliding door outdated

The condo was clean and well maintained! Location was wonderful. Was able to walk right out the back doors and go to the board walk and right to the beach. Had plenty of room for our family. Ready check in and felt secure staying there. The carts provided for unpacking was very helpful as well. A Great place to stay.

The location was good. However, the condo was a big disappointment. From the broken screen door to cheetos on floor. It was extremely filthy. We couldn't even use the outdoor patio because of how old and dirty the furniture was. One bedroom was like a closet with bunk beds firm as wood. Dryer fumes go into that room. The other bunk bed top bed felt like it was going to collapse. The coffee pot, utensils, and stove couldn't be used due to filth. We will never rent that condo again.

This is our second time staying at Colony Reef. We love the complex and location. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the unit upon checkin. We contacted the front desk immediately and they made arrangements with us to rectify the issue. The first floor location is great and love the easy access to the pool/beach. The kitchen could be better equipped for those wishing to cook verse going out. We made did with what was available. The patio furniture needs to be updated. The PVC loungers were hard and not something to relax in. We ended up using our beach chairs we brought from home on the patio. Would be nice to have a nice table to enjoy dinners outside. Overall we love the location and would stay in this unit again.

We love staying at Colony Reef Club. The pool is great and love the location to the beach. The ladies at the desk were great. The condo was ok, it is a bit outdated and needs a refresh. The location is great, steps to the pool and beach. There was no broom, couldn't sweep up the sand. The cleaning crew did not do a good job, the patio furniture had cob webs and needs to be replaced, crumbs on the toaster, and the refrigerator was not wiped clean, the coffee maker still had grounds from the last people. The master bed was not comfortable, you sunk into it. We will try another unit next year.

We had the best time in the condo. The condo was exactly as described online. It was very clean and had plenty of towels and sheets for us to use. We had no problems during the whole week. The condo was right on the beach and we literally walked off the patio and straight to the boardwalk or the pool. It honestly was a great location and perfect for our low-key beach vacation.
The only issue that we had were nights when we tried to get take out. All restaurants near our location would not accept take out orders so we were forced to drive a bit further than we wanted to get dinner those nights. But this is not the condo's fault just an aspect of trying to vacation and maintain social distancing rules.
We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much.
