This unique open-floor condo is your modern beach getaway. Unwind on the large private balcony that provides views of the Atlantic Ocean, swimming pool, and lush gardens below. The balcony offers enough distance from the swimming pool to ensure privacy and connects to both the main living area and the master bedroom through sliding glass doors.
Inside, the bluish-gray tile floors complement the clean coastal décor. The living area is furnished with a generously sized sectional, ideal for relaxing with family and friends after a sun-soaked day at the beach. A crisp, white kitchen surrounds the marble-topped island and dining table. Retreat to the primary suite, which includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen-size and single bed with a private entry to a second bathroom via pocket doors. Both rooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions. Finally, the third, cozier bedroom, known as “Crow’s Nest,” has two built-in twin beds
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Beautiful location and property! We loved playing racquetball and using the indoor heated pool. We didn’t find the beach chairs inside a closet in a bedroom until we were leaving, but we didn’t hang out on the beach as too windy. We did take lots of walks on the huge beach and took lots of pictures! The outdoor pool wasn’t heated, so not in use much. The hot tub was great outside! St. Augustine was just a few minutes away. Grocery close. I would recommend opening all of the drawers and cabinets when you arrive to find all the great supplies. It was fun to discover how much storage there was in the kitchen! Secret hiding places.

Excellent unit. Been coming here on and off with family for twenty plus years. Great upgrades and renovation separating laundry from kitchen. Feels much more roomy and much better flow. Love it.

We enjoyed the unit, nice location. Could use a new mattress in master bedroom. Also, the shower head in master bathroom is impossible to get to center, sprays towards wall. The doors to porch need to be lubricated, hard to slide.
