About
This fully renovated 4th floor condo has a beautiful view of the ocean across the courtyard, just beyond our oceanfront pool. You can relax on the spacious balcony and listen to the ocean waves, or use the units personal electric grill to grill out for dinner! The renovated kitchen comes fully equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and a walk in shower in the ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a daybed with a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom. The third bedroom is the “Crow’s Nest” which sleeps two in built in twin-size beds.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Condo had adequate space for the 4 of us, was clean and comfortable, and we loved the balcony view of the ocean. Great location to visit both National parks in the area. Disappointed with availability to internet and lack of television service based on the lack of internet connection. Office staff were friendly and quick to offer help. Would have appreciated one or two more dishwasher packets. Also having another kitchen towel would have been helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coloney reef club, the place is perfect for families. The complex is very well located and well maintained. The condo was clean and well equipped. The beach is fantastic and the pool too. Very nice experience! We will definitely be back!

We love Colony Reef! This is our 4th time there. This particular condo had plenty of plates, cups, pots, pans, and even some plastic plates and little silverware for our kids. My only complaint is that the oven takes FOREVER to cook! It was over 20 minutes just to get up to temp at 350. Other than that, this unit is great. Beds are super soft as well.

The condo was super clean and very nice when we arrived. Definitely spot on with the "beach house" vibes. The condo has definitely been updated from the pictures shown on VRBO!
It's a very easy location, within 15 minute drive of anywhere we wanted to get to!
The beach is great! Not super busy, beautiful white sand, and crystal blue water! Pictures don't do it justice

I stayed in this unit for a week. The location is wonderful, close to St Augustine Beach and the old city of St. Augustine, for restaurants and sight seeing. The unit was clean, could use some updating. It has an amazing view of the beach.The community has its own beach access which is very convenient. The pool area and landscaping are lovely.

We had a great time. The unit wasn't amazing but it certainly did the job for our stay in St. Augustine Beach. The facility is great with an awesome pool and courtyard area. Beach access was nice but there are steps which makes pulling a beach cart a bit tough. With that being said we would stay here again.

The condo is spacious and very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The view from the large balcony is spectacular. The heated indoor pool is an added plus. You won’t find a nicer beach. The staff are very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

We’ve booked CRC 4 times and each experience has been wonderful. The rooms are wonder, pool is well maintained, and beach front to beautiful St Augustine Beach. The condo is minutes from restaurants and a short distance from Historic St Augustine. We love the Colony Reef Club!

Cleanliness was excellent. Balcony beach view was the best part. Kitchen is smaller than I thought it would be but that didn’t impact how much we enjoyed it. Bunk bed mattresses are kind of firm, not super comfy. Child slept on couch instead.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. It is in a great location and beautifully decorated. It is clean and well maintained. It has everything you need for your stay from a coffee maker to games for the entire family. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a sliding door to the balcony. The bathroom has a large lovely walk-in tiled shower. The other bedroom has a very comfortable bed and also a daybed with a connecting bathroom with a tub and shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. Our adult daughter slept on the bottom bunk and said that it was very comfortable. All bedrooms have nice closets.
The kitchen has all the pots, dishes and utensils you would ever need. The dining room table is large and there is also a bar with two barstools. The living room has a new sofa and loveseat. You can see the beach from the dining room table and the living room. There are DVD's for the entire family to enjoy.
There are many good restaurants very close to the condo. We enjoyed Sunset Grill, Salt Water Cowboys and Oasis. We will be back next year. I will recommend this property to my friends and family.

It was fine. They were painting the outside and the decks of the buildings. The smell was not good when inside the condo. Fortunately "airing" the condo out and turning the AC down helped remove the smell. Furniture and wall paper a little tried but overall a good stay.
