So-so

We are here for three months. The first month has been trying in that the toilet in the master bath did not work and it took 5 days to get it replaced. In the meantime, we were hauling pitchers of water to flush the toilet. In addition, there were slats in the window blinds missing in the living room and both guest bedrooms, there were live bugs present and the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser do not work. The best part of our condo stay is the beautiful location and the efficient office staff, especially Keith, the maintenance man. He was always here within minutes of our calls to the office for help.

This unit was in a great location, especially for small children. The back porch backs up to a large open grassy area for kids to run, sits right next to the playground and pool and short walk to the boardwalk to the beach. They also had food trucks there for most meals which was extremely convenient. Unfortunately, this particular unit was very outdated. The condo had a very musty smell to it, including the living furniture. The hallway toilet would not flush, and when we notified the management company on Saturday, they told us it would not be fixed until 4 days later, so our entire time there everyone had to share the master bath toilet.

We loved our condo on the ground floor . The grandkids played soccer and ran around - great family fun!! Very convenient to the boardwalk and pool and playground!

I think pool closing at 9 is too early. I think 10PM would be more appropriate and reasonable time.

My vacation rental was very nice. I have stayed in this unit before. My only issue with this unit is the beds. They are horrible the worst mattress ever. The unit was clean upon arrival and the location right near the pool is perfect. They did however shut the pool down at 9 pm every night. It use to be 10 pm. Quiet time is at 11 pm so I’m not sure why they shut the pool down early every night. I have 4 teenagers who look forward to the late night swimming. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

We stayed in April and could not have asked for a more perfect vacation spot. Location of the unit is fabulous for a family with children where they could just step out to the pool and playground within a few feet. I also rented a beach set up through Drifters by the CRC website and that was a bonus. The only con for the unit is the bed in the master. It makes horrible noise when getting in and out or shifting weight. Other than that, the unit was just what we needed for a few days at the beach. Would rent this place not again.

ur unit needed cleaning, lots of dust and very poor lighting. We got some new bulbs and got the broom working inside and out. The condo is dark and only one reading lamp in the living room. the staff was very helpful with most of these problems.

Great location, very helpful management people. Some of the furniture needs replacing, mainly the living room. Bathrooms are remodeled and very nice, also the master bedroom is much more comfortable with the new mattress.

The condo and amenities were great! We were traveling with 4 kids as a family of 6 and the condo was perfectly sized for us. All necessary items were available (except beach towels-bring those). We did purchase 2 boogie boards and had to leave them there (for future guests to use!) The condo decore was a bit old and outdated and the master bed wasn't terribly comfortable, but everything else was great. We would love to return again!

2 couples shared the condo. Everything was clean and the layout worked nicely for us, with 1 small exception. The kitchen is quite small, only 1 person could work in there at a time. The walk beach was easy, the condo was right outside the pool which was perfect.

Arriving in the dark made it a little difficult figuring out where our building was. The morning light made everything clear and we enjoyed the condo tremendously.

We rented three units in the Colony Reef Club and they worked out very well for our extended family of 14. The condos were quiet, easy to access and convenient to everything that we wanted to do without the congestion of historical St. Augustine.

My son and his family stayed in this condo. I didn't actually stay in it but I paid for it. It was dark. The patio furniture was great. It is located in a great spot, close to the pool and beach. We long Colony Reef Club and will return but probably won't rent this one again. Love being on the ground floor.

The condo was the perfect size for 6. Great location to the pool and beach. The only negative was parking was difficult to find near the condo. But I would definitely stay there again!

Family end of summer vacation. Kids, grandkids and grandparents. Spacious and he kids loved the smaller bedroom. Staff very accommodating and professional. Plans are to return next summer.

We loved the location of this property and our Condo was in a great location on the property, just a very short walk to the pool and then on to the beach. The grounds were beautifully maintained, as well as the pool area and the area where we washed our feet when coming up from the beach. The complex even had a movie night on the grounds and Yoga on Wednesday on the beach!! The Condo was clean and well maintained, the large appliances were very nice. We totally enjoyed the patio and appreciated the table and chairs that were there for our enjoyment. The Electric Grill was well maintained in worked great too! We immediately experienced a problem with the dryer making a loud squeaking noise and it was fixed within hours. We could have used several more dish towels, pot holders (there weren't any), bath towels and wash cloths and it would have been nice to have a Keurig Coffee Pot and blender in the kitchen. Other than that, no complaints! It was a wonderful week at the beach and we would stay in this condo again!!

GOOD. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS. DRYER WAS SQUEAKING. PATIO HAD OLD SWIMING GEAR. PATIO FURNITURE NOT TO OUR LIKING. GREAT LOCATION.

Love the location and the property. Had a great time! I would like to see more guest towels provided.
