This Oceanfront condo is the ultimate destination! With a wrap around balcony offering a panoramic view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean. Relax and enjoy the view from one of the two lounge chairs or at the table with seating for four. Once inside, you will find a beautifully updated unit with a spacious living room, tile flooring, smart TVs in the living room, master, and guest bedroom. The dining area has seating for six, as well as counter seating for 3. In the kitchen you will find updated appliances, granite counter tops, both a drip coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker, all the cooking essentials such as a crockpot, griddle, blender, and toaster. The primary bedroom has a pillowtop king sized mattress, an updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and private balcony access. You will find a queen and full bed in the guest bedroom, both with pillowtop mattresses, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two built in pillow top twin beds in the smaller 3rd bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nest” make for a perfect room for the little ones! This unit is complete with a full size washer and dryer.
Please note: The owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club!
Additionally, this condo not available for rentals over 14 nights.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.

We enjoyed the location and the grounds.The king and full beds were very soft and uncomfortable. The unit was not clean.Would not recommend this unit.

I am sorry you didn't enjoy unit 1203 at Colony Reef. I wish you would have notified us when you checked in if the cleanliness was not up to your standard. We always do quality checks on all our units for cleanliness, but if something were to be missed we would have sent the cleaner over right away to make it right. Unit 1203 is one of our most popular condos, but I understand mattress comfort is subjective. I'm glad you enjoyed that beautiful oceanfront view! It really is breathtaking.

We needed a last minute rental and had never stayed at Colony Reef. Boy am I happy we did! The pool was amazing, the views of the ocean were fantastic. Each porch was huge. We were very happy and will be back again!

#1203 has a great view of ocean and overlooks the pool from the patio. Unit was very clean and stocked with nice extras like beach towels, beach chairs, and the little items that make a stay easier - dishwasher pods/hand soap/paper towels. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the large pool which is 3x the size of most condo association pools in the area. There is a nice big green space between the buildings that provides elbow room without feeling crowded and the kids play pickup ball games. Grounds and pool are well maintained. Family friendly atmosphere, and the quiet time at dusk is enforced. It is not a party place which is what we prefer. A great place for the kids. Front office staff is very responsive. We've already booked Colony Reef for our next vacation.

We stayed at Colony Reef 1203 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have three children (9, 6, and 3) and the bedrooms were absolutely perfect. From the decor and generous upgrades to the extra care given to the littlest of details (like having dishwasher and laundry pods available upon arrival and beach towels as well as regular towels) it was a true vacation away from home. I feel like if we forgot anything then it was already there waiting for us. We went on this trip with friends who also stayed in Colony Reef who didn’t have the same luxuries that we did, which can only be a testament to the owner and the team behind 1203. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, upgrades, and attentive to detail.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, organized and felt like a home away from home. The complex had tons of amenities and we loved the heated indoor pool, sauna and hot tub on the chilly days! The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores and the walk to the beach was easy with a stroller and beach wagon!

Easy check in but directions to condo should have been more precise.
Great location with easy access to pool and beach. Great views and large balcony with comfortable seating.
My complaint is the sheets on the bed did not fit. This may sound trivial, but it was a huge nuisance with the sheets constantly up and bunched while trying to sleep.
Also the kitchen supplies were less than helpful. One dish towel and 2 dish washer "pods". We arrived by plane so having less than minimal kitchen supplies was disappointing as buying laundry and dishwashing detergent for a week was not a good option. I feel these basic supplies should be provided to cover the length of the renter's stay.

Family and Kid friendly. Just steps from the beach with an amazing view from the balcony. Easy access to drive on the beach. The bed was hard as a rock that was our only complaint. Pool is huge and the kids loved it. Had a movie on the lawn for the kids one night. Security is out and walking around. Huge yard to play and run around. Hope to go back next summer.

We have been staying at Colony Reef for the past 8 years. The past 3 years we have stayed in Unit 1203. It isn't the fanciest unit at Colony Reef but the location is wonderful The unit has a large balcony which has an incredible view--ocean in front and pool area on the side. We look forward to our time at Colony Reef all winter and look forward to spending time there again.

The property staff was wonderful in every way, accommodating us beyond expectations. We have rented 3 condos at Colony Reef for the past 7 years. We enjoy the family friendly atmosphere, the beautiful ground, the ocean view - everything about the property.
We have stayed in various rooms and have never been disappointed. We look forward to going back next year as it has become a family tradition.
The only negative on this unit would be the condition of the master bathroom shower, which needs renovation. However, it was not a game changer.
We loved our stay. It is a beautiful condo and has everything you need. We especially loved the spacious outdoor space. Lots of amenities at Colony Reef Club to enjoy. The beds are soft for our liking but that won’t keep us from returning.
