Gold Ocean View 1207

We always love our stay at Colony Reef Club. The layout of the property, the amenities,and the location are great. Colony Reed is conveniently located close to grocery stores, downtown, and great restaurants. Best of all it is right on the beautiful beach. The staff at Colony Reef are extremely helpful and friendly. They are there to assist with whatever need you may have.
Unit 1207 could use some attention. The furniture does need a good steam cleaning and I was told there is a new refrigerator on its way which it definitely needs. The washer and dryer are older and could be replaced. It takes a couple cycles with the dryer get get towels and heavier clothing dry.
These are issues that come with rental properties. It is not a reflection on Colony Reef Club at all.

I have stayed in plenty of places because I travel a lot, that had to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. The bedroom with the 2 beds was my room had 3 lamps only 1 worked the tv you had to plug and unplug to turn it on and off. The master bedroom the bedspread had stains on it which made it unpleasant to look at. The refrigerator looked so old and dirty. The screen door on the sliding glass door didn’t open or close. It had a terrible smell when we open the door. You need to update the picture so people know what they’re renting. The grounds to and from the pool were nasty to dead roaches in hall ways. Uneven side walls. The one thing that was kinda nice the pool. I will never come back.

We really enjoyed our week at the beach in unit 1207, so much so that I have already booked another week for next year. This condo had everything we needed and lots of room. Great unit.

We have stayed at Colony Reef over 25 years. The grounds were wonderful for families. Pool is fantastic as always. Beach access great. The unit had been quickly cleaned on arrival. There were some issues with some areas not cleaned well. Guest bedroom mattresses were not comfortable, Master ok but could be better. Crows nest had a trundle. Kitchen well equipped with nice porch. Plenty of seating in den for large family.

Colony Reef Club is an older but really nice, clean resort. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Would stay here again.

Last year was a much nicer unit. Master shower never did work well on water control. Door lock, looked like someone tried to break in at one time. Also master bed was a disaster. Pillows from 1990’s. Overall not impressed, much better last year. This year makes me want to shop elsewhere not reup with u folks

Our stay at Colony Reef Club for the months of February and March was fantastic. The property is beautiful with a huge outdoor pool and easy access to the beach. The property is very well maintained and cared for. It’s alway clean. Attractions and shopping are very close. Historic downtown is a 10-15 minute drive. Grocery stores are also very close. Many, many great restaurants to choose from as well. The staff at Colony
Reef Club are very nice and helpful.

We love Colony Reef Club. it is close to historic downtown, great restaurants,, grocery stores, and attractions. The property is very well maintained. The outdoor pool is beautiful, there is easy access to the beach, there is a heated indoor pool and workout room.

Overall it was very nice. The only problem was the old & outdated pots, pans, glasses & dishes. 1 wine glass that after putting through the dishwasher numerous times still looked dirty. Not everybody that goes on vacation can afford to eat out every night. Kitchen needs an update big time. Sorry but your pots & pans are gross!!

Our condo was clean and was able to fit our family comfortably. It was listed as a gold value but I would not have rated it that due to the older appliances especially the refrigerator. However, it worked and was fine.

Condo was nice and looked clean. A few things need to be fixed but nothing major. The small bedroom with the twin bed gets very cold so be aware of that. We will be back!

We have been spending time at Colony Reef for about 36 years! We would recommend it to anyone. We love the large pool and the clean condos. We hope to return next year with our family!

This was our second time staying at colony reef and it still did not disappoint! This unit was very nice! New furniture in living room was beautiful and perfect amount of seating at dining room and patio tables. Only slight concern was the queen bed on rollers on a tile floor. Caught me off guard at first. It was a little noisy if you turn in your sleep but not too horrible. View from the balcony was gorgeous! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Short walk to the beach on the boardwalk. Staff was friendly with any calls as well as with check in and check out. I’ll definitely be back!

Condo 1207 was very nice and clean. The view was better than in the pictures. Beautiful view from the balcony and living room. We really enjoyed the heated pool! Easy check in, security was very nice and helpful with questions! Would definitely love to stay here again!

We stayed in the unit #1207 in February 2021 and extended for the first week of March. The unit was very clean, all beds and couches super comfy. There were 2 beach towels in the guest bathroom (we didn’t see it until our guests arrived). The kitchen was fully equipped (except for garlic mincer) however we would appreciate more dinner plates. Also, the utensils would be nice to have all the same kind. There were no beach chairs in the unit. We liked the facility, nice playground for kids. Outside pool still cold in February. The indoor pool was nice. Originally, we booked #1105 but few days before coming received an email that it had moist issues. Our unit was nice, but I’d rather stay on the 1st floor. Building #2 had much better sun exposure. The beach was walking distance (with stairs) to the wonderful beach, wide and good for long walks. Great stay overall.
