We are excited to share that this property is under new ownership as of January 2026 and has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Every room features brand new upgrades, including a fully updated kitchen, new beds, living room furniture, and modern appliances.
The condo is thoughtfully styled with a modern beach vibe, accented by subtle touches inspired by historic St. Augustine. Gather for memorable family meals at the dining table, which comfortably seats up to 8 guests, with additional bar seating for two. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for baking, cooking, and extended stays. Enjoy your morning coffee with a dual Keurig and drip coffee maker, and take advantage of the full sized stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed, while the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest”, includes four twin bunk beds, perfect for kids. For safety reasons, guests over 100lbs are not permitted on the top bunk. This condo is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm ideal for a relaxing beach getaway with family or friends.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, paper towels and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Head indoors to our clubhouse where we have a heated indoor pool, brand new work out room, racquet ball court, and a dry sauna.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
