This lovely first floor unit offers wood like ceramic tile, new doors, trim and molding throughout and granite countertops! The expanded kitchen has spacious cabinets and a utility room with a pocket door to close off the full size washer and dryer.
Every bedroom has a flat screen TV/DVD combo and the living room has a new 42 inch LCD HD TV. New beds throughout include a king in the primary bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom that we call the "Crow's Nest".
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Unit 2110 was clean & functional for our party of 6. Love convenience of 1st floor location. Only issue was lack of supplies - Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom & limited trash bags.

The original condo we rented had an issue with the air conditioning. After one very warm night we were switched to a condo four spaces away. Easy move with supplied carts and an upgrade for sure. Very pleasant people to work with and an enjoyable time for the most part. The cold front the last few days was not welcomed but the indoor pool allowed recreation without frost bite. Very clean, well stocked. Would definitely visit again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was beautiful and up-to-date with all the amenities of home. We love the pool and quad area-it's perfect for our kids. We've been staying here for many years and we will be back again!
We had a nice time! Lots of fun in the sun, the grounds were clean, its a quiet property the pool was nice big and clean. Food truck Wing It that comes has delicious food! maintenance man "Angel" was very helpful. My unit was missing some remotes for a few TV's Colony Reef supplied extras, we had roaches "Palmetto bugs" per front desk clerk stated "if your on the ground floor that's common because alot of the prior renters leave the doors open so bugs come in, also our porch fan didn't work which can be uncomfortably in Florida at summer with humidity, it was obvious the cleaning people put the bathroom towels on the top of the bed comforters to cover up stains on the comforters rather than change them and put towels in bathroom. I thought it was funny that there were bath towels on the bed, until I went to move them and found the towels were covering a HUGE ugly stain on comforter. YUCK!
