About
This adorable 3rd floor condo has an amazing view of the ocean and the pool right from its private balcony. The spacious living room has been recently renovated and has a fun beachy theme with plenty of seating for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped for a stay of any length and includes a full size washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a walk in shower in the private ensuite bathroom. There is a queen in the second bedroom and three bunk bed style twins in the third smaller room, also known as the “Crow’s Nest.”
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

The views from this condo were beautiful, the furnishings were very nice, and it was very quiet. I am a light sleeper and usually use a sound machine to block out noises but I didn't use it and I didn't hear a thing outside the condo. My main criticism is that there was absolutely no storage in the kids bunk room. There was no room for drawers or a table (only the beds) and the only closet in the room was locked so we had to share our drawers and closet space in our bedroom with the kids, which was very inconvenient when we were trying to change, etc. My only other complaint would be that it was not as clean as I would like. The clothing drawers were dusty/sandy, and the refrigerator had cheese shreds in the drawer and the shelves were dingy. I had to wipe out the clothing drawers before putting in our clothes and wipe out the refrigerator. I also washed the sheets before we slept on them as there was some sand and hair on the beds in the kids room. There was also an old bandaid under the edge of the stove. Also, they only initially supplied 3 towels and 3 washcloths in the main bathroom, which is odd since the bunk room and 2nd bedroom can accommodate 5 people. When we requested additional towels we had to wait until the office opened and rather than sending out someone from housekeeping, we had to go pick them up ourselves. This is not a big deal, really, just unusual. Overall, however, the resort and condo were just lovely.

Perfect property rental for our family, including one grown son and my 91 year old mother! The balcony is great when you don't want to be on the beach or in the pool. Beds very comfortable, everything up to date and beautiful! Colony Reef staff very helpful and courteous!

The only glaring issue was the closing of the pool on Friday morning. With such an early checkout on Saturday and extremely late check in for the new arrivals on Saturday, it makes much more sense to do the chemical maintenance on Saturday morning.

We would only close the pool if it was an absolute necessity, the chlorine pump had failed and our pool maintenance person deemed the pool not safe to swim in until the chlorine levels were stabilized. It was only closed for a few hours and we hope you were still able to use the pool after it was reopened.

We have stayed at Colony Reef for many years but our first time in 2304. We loved that living area had plenty of comfortable seating and beds were very comfortable. Wish second bed room had a twin extra in room but we mananged. It would be nice to have a couple of light weight blankets because comforter in main bedroom is too hot for summer use. Had to purchase a manual can opener for kitchen as there was no type of opener. Left it in drawer. Two small dishes dirty in dw but no issue. Other than that everything was perfect.

Our stay was great and we enjoyed it very much. Our only complaint was parking. Apparently no one is monitoring the parking rules, so you have cars that are parked in areas they shouldn't be which may cause you to walk a large distance to your condo when you find an open spot.

We have been renting our condos from Colony Reef for the past 14 years. We have been very satisfied with the Condos we have rented. We always find them clean and the condo office and maintenance staff exceptional in responding to any of our questions or concerns. We appreciate all the amenities with inside and outside pools, exercise room, sauna, tennis courts, easy access to the beach and many planned social activities.

It has everything: great decor, great furniture, wonderful beds and the ocean view from the patio is so perfect. this was our second year in the same condo. Month of January only. The entire experience was positive. Water aerobics was stimulating. The property is well maintained, It's safe ith secure entrance. The staff is professional and helpful. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easy beach access. No negatives. We plan on returning next January. St Augustine weather can be iffy in January.

Always a great time in St. A@ugustine!
The condo was good and the food truck was a nice addition. We have been staying at Colony Reef for the last nine years. This year there was construction next door for 3 days that was ridiculously loud. We would want to know in advance if there is construction again as we would not stay during that week. Otherwise no complaints.
