About
This 3rd floor condo has a fabulous view of the ocean from its large, private balcony. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a new leather electrical reclining sectional and reclining chair. The kitchen has upgraded counter tops and is fully equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and a Keurig. The primary bedroom has a new, pillow top king bed and the private ensuite bath has a new walk in shower. There is a queen and a twin in the second bedroom and twin bunks in the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest.”
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Our family has stayed at Colony Reef for over 21 years and have always been pleased. The location is perfect, the beach pristine, peaceful but full of life. The facilities are very well maintained. The office staff is helpful and very professional. We rent three units each year (12-15 of us) and they have always been very comfortable and perfect for us.

I have stayed in various units over the years but the owner of this unit was so thoughtful about every question or need any visitor would have. A book spelling out everything from how to work the TVs to good places to eat and visit. It had a homey atmosphere which we all liked.

We rented 2 condo's in October. My son and his family stayed in Gold Ocean View 2309. It was a very nice condo and the kitchen was equipped with anything you would need. It was decorated very nicely and we will definitely rent it again. The couch had a small amount of damage, but we were told the owner was replacing it. It is a beautiful condo! Anyone would enjoy staying there.

As usual my family had an excellent experience. My grandson loved the Thursday night movie in the common area. The parking pass was a problem when we had overnight guests and the bedroom TV remotes did not work well.
