About
Enjoy a beautiful view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean from this 4th floor condo. Relax in the living room and enjoy a movie on the condos new Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for a stay of any length and includes a full size washer and dryer, a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee pot. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom bath and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has 2 twin bunk beds. We ask that for safety reasons, no one over 100lbs go on the top bunk. Please note, this is a Silver rated condo, meaning much of the appliances and furniture is original and the condo has not gone under significant renovations in the last 7 years.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Keurig stopped working and instead of fixing, we were offered a regular coffee maker. Were only given 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, went out and bought ourselves before we knew we had to ask for more. Were only given a couple trash bags and when we asked for more were only given 2 even though we knew we’d need more and had to go back again when we ran out. Not much hot water and would start to run out when the first person was getting a shower. Dishwasher smelt like something was burning when we ran it for the first time and when we reported it, were told it was brand new and no one came to look at it. Overall it was a great location and resort and amenities were perfect. But the maintenance requests and service were handled poorly.

The location is great. Close to many restaurants and stores. The view is amazing. The rental was very nice and spacious. The people that worked there were nice and helpful. We will stay there again.

This was our second stay at Colony Reef. We enjoy Saint Augustine with all its history and activities. Colony Reef is a great place. There are great views of the ocean and the pool area especially if one is on the third or fourth floor. The construction of the facility with its three buildings provides everyone a great view. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The location and view of this property was perfect! The property management was wonderful to work with. Our condo was a little dated, but we knew that upon booking. Our priority was location and view. Would 100% recommend a stay here.

We were advised going in that this unit was not updated so didn't expect new everything. What we didn't expect was broken bedroom furniture, awful beds. The unit was clean and location and facilities were good. If bedroom furniture was updated and new beds installed this unit would be acceptable. I cannot recommend this unit in it's current condition

The resort is beautiful and is right on the beach. There us a large pool and hot tub. It’s about 20 mins from downtown St Augustine. We stayed in Unit 2410. It was fairly clean and comfortable. The unit is a bit dated, the furniture is old and the drawers in the dressers stuck. The bathroom lighting is pretty terrible and the lights in both showers were out. The kitchen is tiny, really only person can fit at a time , and the silverware drawer was broken. We’ve stayed at this resort before in another unit and it seemed bigger. We were tripping over each all week If we come again, we’ll definitely stay in a different unit. It seems a bit overpriced for what you get.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. You did book a Silver condo which means there have not been significant renovations in the condo in the last 7+ years. We do have an onsite maintenance team that would have been happy to replace the shower lights and address the broken silverware drawer. Every condo is individually owned so the set up of each condo varies.

Overall we enjoyed our stay even though the weather was very bad first of week
We were with friends and enjoyed being together. There were a few things that bothered me. There were several dishes that I took out for use that had dried food on them. I felt like I needed to wash everything to be sure it was clean. Also the stove had several burners that did not work. Also the clothes dryer when I used it had a very bad burning smell. We could nev get the tv in the bedroom to work. I guess I’m trying to say this unit needs a little TLC Jennifer McCoy

Great place to stay with four grandkids! Right on the beach ( SHELLS!) and only about 15 minutes to St Augustine attractions. Recommend Red Frog & McToads about 1 mile south for great burgers.

We've enjoyed Colony Reef Club for our last few visits to St. Augustine. Normally no complaints, but this time the unit next to ours was under construction and there was pounding from 8am past 6pm. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked the condo we did. Also, lots of smokers in this non-smoking facility. We didn't us the balcony much this time, as people were smoking below us and around us. Also, our grill was dirty so we didn't BBQ. Other than that, this is our go to place.
