Very nice Condo. Nice updates and new comfortable chairs and couch on porch deck. Great weather and enjoyable time as we have stayed at the Colony Reef for many years and hope to again next year.

We traveled with our kids and grands to enjoy a spring break in our favorite vacation city.

We enjoyed the stay, as we always do. However, this unit had some issues. I was also surprised when I reported them on the first day and it was noted but nothing was done to fix the issues.
The view from the porch is amazing but only 3 chairs out there to sit on. The inside table had 6 which was great. The couch is amazing, comfortable and large. Also, the beds were very comfortable, must be brand new. Also the washer and dryer are new and fancy, loved that. The kitchen was missing a few things - but not sure who wants a full kitchen on vacation anyway. THere was water softener. I think that may have made the water taste awful. We had to go buy water to drink and brush our teeth.
The pool, amenities and beach were amazing. I did think the unit would have been more perfect for the price we paid.

The parking passes were useless. Even cars with no pass parked right by the main condos near the ocean.

We had a great family beach experience! We were in a great location; our rooms were perfect with a great ocean view. We also enjoyed the indoor pool.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The grounds and beach were beautiful. Close to all the things we wanted to do. The condo was clean and fit our party of 5. The only thing was we needed 1 more chair for the balcony. We spent a lot of time out there eating, playing games and watching the sunrise with our coffee. Would love to stay again.

Overall, our stay at the condo was very nice. We all enjoyed the outside patio and the beautiful beach. There were plenty of restaurants within a mile or two of the condo and the prices were very reasonable, and the food was great. The only negative thing was the housekeeping. I paid a fee of $215.00 with a chance of paying more if the condo was dirty. We had to make sure that the trash was taken out and the dishes were clean and put away. I question why I had to pay the full fee if I did part of the work? I found dust under the dresser and under the two beds in the front bedroom. There was dust along the baseboards and on the wall behind the furniture. I did not check the other rooms because I was not sleeping in them. The bathrooms were clean and so was the kitchen. We did not use the stove so I do not know how clean it was. The grounds and the beach were very clean and the young man who was security was very nice and helpful.

We were able to rent this unit when another condo we rented in St. Augustine beach experienced last minute renovations. This updated condo is very nice and would highly recommend. A special call out to the front desk reservation person, George J, who was extremely helpful and friendly.

Unit was clean. Hardwood flooring was a welcomed change. Washer and Dryer are the small stackable units. Recommend big washer and dryer be installed to sustain a large amount of wash due kids being present. Overall, unit meet expectations.

We found the unit was as pictured, and it was a very nice rental. We had 7 guests and all were able to have their own bed, and they were comfortable. Except the master bedroom mattress was very soft and sunken in. It needs to be replaced. The kitchen was updated, but very small, which made meal prep a challenge. The balcony was huge and the view was great. Kitchen cabinets need a deep clean.

The condo and amenities were nice. My only complaint is that the pictures VRBO made it seem like our unit was on the first floor, when it was actually on the 2nd. It was a pain to get down to the pool and beach with kids. Pool was also very cold!

I just wished the outdoor pools where heated, especially the kiddy pool.

Loved it!

Loved the view from the Master and the outdoor dining. Beach access is behind the pool. Pool toys in the closet. Loved the indoor pool on cool days. Management was great. Condo clean and quiet. No complaints except the stacking washer/dryer is small and the clothes came out smelling worse than before.

The condo was clean, comfortable and in a great location. I'll stay here again.

The entire unit felt damp to the point the chairs felt wet and you couldn't leave any food out because they would have ants all over it. Other than that the unit was comfortable perfect fit for a family vacation. We have been there 3 times and will continue to come back to this location!

Overall we were very very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed the amenities the complex had to offer and the unit itself. I will first give my positive feedback. We loved the comfy living room with carpeting. Very spacious and lots of seating to accommodate everyone. We also like the large table out on the porch and the wonderful view of the pool. The kitchen was also very well equipped. Now for the negative feedback. The master bathroom is in need of updating. the whirlpool tub, which doubled as a shower, was not very comfortable to use. The tub was raised up and the shower nozzle was low which made it tough to get your head under the shower spray. Also made it touch to step down out of the tub after a shower. The mirror in the shower area was a bit weird also. So, I would say that the master bathroom was a huge weak point in 2208. Also there were not many hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms to hang things from. Like your towels and things. Other than that we really really enjoyed our stay and the accomodations were very nice!!
